• "Grade Level" uses a Standards Based Reporting System. Assignments and assessments will be aligned to the PA Core Standards and will be assessed with a 4, 3, 2, 1 system. A score of 3 indicates that the student is performing on grade level for that particular skill and is where students are expected to be performing.
    4 - Advanced - exceeding grade level expectations
    3 - Proficient - independently meeting third grade expectations
    2 - Approaching Proficient - able to meet expectations with adaptations and guidance
    1 - Not Yet Proficient - unable to meet expectations with adaptations and guidance
