* 6 Season Best Times (4 Girls, 2 Boys)

* 2 Career First Times (Boys)

* The Girls won handily 118-65!  Overall Record 7-1, Colonial Division 4-0!

* The Boys were victorious 91-82!  Overall Record 4-4, Colonial Division 2-2.....the Boys Team is now 4-1 in 2016!

While there were performances across both meets that personified the credo that Desire Enables Seemingly Impossible Results, I was particularly impressed by how the members of the Boys Team were inspired to achieve something that was for the common good, that was bigger than themselves as individuals.  As we've discussed before, seeking excellence together is VERY powerful and enabling.

If your performance yesterday was not what you had hoped, do something about it...today!  In practice (work hard, push yourself, refine your technique) or at home (rest, nutrition, visualization, hydration, etc.)
