Weekly lessons are broken into a 5-day plan which include the following; the steps to teach each day with the abbreviated "I DOs" after initial introduction, simple steps for teaching only that lesson skill, estimate of time required to teach each step, easy to spot symbols illustrating materials needed to teach each lesson, phonics chip movement for a mulit-sensory approach.

Heggerty Phonemic Awareness-Kindergarten/Primary- This program is a well-organized 35-week curriculum of daily phonemic awareness lesson plans. Developed on a systematic scope and sequence of skills, each level focuses on eight phonemic awareness Skills, along with two additional activities to develop Letter and Sound recognition, and Language Awareness.

Herman- This program builds strong readers and writers with a comprehensive approach to literacy. It sequentially and systematically teaches students reading, spelling, handwriting, and composition skills. It incorporates visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile modalities.

This program also aides in increasing students' decoding and fluency skills. Focus on reading accuracy is another element of this research-based program.

SRA Reasoning and Writing-Level B and Level C-"To write well, students must be able to think well." Reasoning and Writing has higher-level thinking is integrated with writing instruction to help students express ideas efficiently and effectively.
- Raz-kids is an online program that motivates students to read independently at their level. The high-interest books have quiz questions that can be answered for points to be used in the Raz Rocket store.
- Headsprout-This program is designed to tailor its instruction to the needs and learning pace of every student. Its patented research-based teaching methods have been tested and verified in real classroom environments to improve kids' reading skills at various reading levels, from non-readers and early readers to established readers already reading above their grade level.
- Connecting Math Concepts-Level A, B, and C-This program introduces ideas gradually and teaches students the connections between concepts. Focusing on the big ideas of mathematics, it teaches explicit strategies that enable students to master difficult ideas such as ratios, proportions, probability, functions, and data analysis. Detailed explanations and guided practice move students toward independent work, ensuring that they gain success and confidence as mathematical thinkers.
