Illness/Injury Notice-

1. If your child needs to be excused from Physical Education activities, please write a note and have your child bring it to the Nurse/PE teacher either at the beginning of the day or when PE class begins.

2. If a doctor limits Physical Education, please ask them to be specific as to the amount of activity that can be done, as well as when they are able to fully participate.

            3.  In the event that no note/statement is received, I will use my discretion in deciding whether the child will participate or not.
