About Mr. Vance

  • I am excited to begin this academic school year here at Northern Elementary. 
    This is my fifth year in the Northern York School District. I previously taught in the Central Dauphin School District and the Capital Area Intermediate Unit. 
    I completed my bachelor’s degree in Special Education at Mansfield University.
     
    I live in Mechanicsburg with my wife, our energetic two children, and two cats. My favorite activities are spending time with my family,  traveling, snow skiing, wake boarding, and attending Penn State Football games.
