  • What Does My Child Need for Kindergarten?

  • Back to school shopping for kindergarten is easy. Your child only needs two items.

    • An easy to open/close, school folder sized backpack
    • Good running shoes - closed toe, secure on the foot, and grippy sole

    I will give your child a "school folder" to use for papers. If you prefer to buy them a special decorated folder, that's fine.

    Help prevent problems on the bus and in class by limiting items your child brings to school. I have found it best to keep the school bookbag clear of distractions (extra pencils/crayons/markers, toys, jewelry, etc). Of course, if there are must send items then use your best judgement.

  • What if I Just Can't Say No to the Back to School Sales?
    Just can't leave that bargain behind? Consider purchasing markers, crayons, glue sticks, paper, notebooks, scissors, etc. for an At Home Art Center.
