This is Mr. McCartney's 17th year at Northern Middle School, and his

27th year teaching full-time in public schools.  He teaches 6,7 and 8th music labs, 8th grade piano lab; 6, 7, and 8th-grade band. 

He is also the adviser for the following extra-curricular activities at the middle school:

• Jazz Band
• Wind Ensemble
• Drum Club
• Color Guard (Fall)
• Dance Team
• Stage Crew
