Read, read, read! I will assign very little written reading homework. Just twenty minutes of daily reading can help your child grow as a reader! I ask that fifth graders read 20 minutes of their own selected book. There will be times that students are reading a chapter book in class and may need to finish a reading assignment at home.
Homework other than daily 20 minutes of reading will be written daily in student planners. Please check student planners for homework assignments. You can communicate with me through student planners, as well.
