03/30/20 Choice Board-  These activities offer primarily packet free, technology free options. 

Our KDG Team has listed several familiar learning sites for your child.  Our ClassLink Resource (posted on this site) provides direction on how to access this technology.

Our KDG Teachers have provided ideas for Phonemic and Phonic practice at home!  Be sure to check your Seesaw Account.  They plan to provide additional activites through that interactive site!

Use this time to practice sight words with your child. Over the next two weeks, students would be practicing the sight words: all, no, he,  she.  These may be good words to preview!

Cuddle up with your child and a good book! These interactive activites provide direction for any fiction or nonfiction text.  

Nim's Island, our One School One Book text will serve as another great resource for literacy engagement during this time.

Oh the ways we can weave in writing!  Lots of options for writing experiences at home.  Feel free to share your child's piece via Seesaw or Twitter @NESPolarBears.

Continue to investigate the learning we have been doing in class:  amphibians, spring, plants!

Kindergarten students may continue to practice counting to 100 by 1's, counting by 10's to 100, and counting on from a specific number. 

Addition and subtraction practice will also benefit students as well!
