Mrs. Livick has been a school counselor at Northern Middle School for 14 years. At NMS, she works with students with last names starting from A-L and their families. She has served as Department Chair for four of those years and advocated for a comprehensive school counseling K-12 curriculum. 

Mrs. Livick has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice through Penn State, a Master's degree in school counseling through Shippensburg University, and is a Doctoral candidate (ABD) through Capella University. She is a nationally certified counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors. She is also an adjunct professor at Messiah University. 

Arwa resides in Dillsburg with her husband and three children. She enjoys the beach, reading, writing, photography, driving RC trucks with her kids, and watching movies.
