Grading Policy

7th grade reading follows the grading policy of Northern Middle School.

   The grading system is as follows:

          93-100%      A       Excellent progress

          85-92%       B        Good progress

          77-84%       C        Satisfactory progress

          70-76%       D       Minimum progress

          Below 70%   F        Unsatisfactory progress

    Homework Policy

7th grade reading policy follows the homework policy of Northern Middle School as stated in the Agenda book. If you have any further questions about the homework policy, please contact the middle school office.

-         If homework is received one day late, the student will receive 80% of the possible earned grade.

-         If homework is received 2 or more days late the student will receive no more than 50% of the possible earned grade.

-         Please view my website for my homework listings under either the homework tab or under my calendar. 

-         Homework is assigned by individual teachers.
