My name is Daniel Small, and I've been a teacher since 1994.  I started my teaching career at Central Dauphin High School during the 1995-96 school year.  From there I continued my teaching career as an Instructor at ITT Technical Institute for 10 years, teaching composition and computer science.  Finally, I came to the Northern family and have been here at Northern High School since 1995.  I teach 9th and 12th grade English.  Currently, I am pursuing my Principal's certificate at Shippensburg University although I do not have plans to leave the classroom at this point in my career.
