If you are in need of a letter of recommendation for COLLEGE, then you must request the letter through Naviance. Instructions are below.

1. Ask the teacher(s) for their permission to write a letter of recommendation on your behalf. (Ask if they would like you to complete a BRAG SHEET, below.)

2. Log-in to Naviance, here.

3. Click on 'Colleges' in the top right corner.

4. In the drop down menu, click on 'Apply to College.'

5. Select 'Letters of Recommendation'

6. On the next page, click on 'Add Request' and follow the prompts.

If you are in need of a letter of recommendation for any other reason, ask the teacher to provide you with a hard copy and an electronic copy with their signature.

HELPFUL TIP: Download and complete the BRAG SHEET below and provide it to your recommender!  They want to BRAG about you, so help them know more about you!
