    Some scholarships require information from NHS (transcripts, signatures, records, teacher recommendations, etc.). If they do, you must allow time for that all to happen. The scholarship deadlines listed are for that particular scholarship.  These are not Northern High School Guidance Office deadlines.  Students and families need to plan out the timing of scholarship requirements. Specific dates Most scholarships must be received or postmarked by the specified date.  Transcripts need five (5) workdays for the guidance office to process!  Teacher recommendations or signatures may require more time.
