PSAT 10

  • Take the PSAT 10 to measure readiness for college, access scholarships, and practice for the SAT.

The PSAT 10 is a standardized test taken by high school sophomores before they take the SAT. As a “preliminary” test,it is a way of preparing for the content and difficulty level of the SAT. PSAT questions are formulated to reflect the questions you’ll see on an SAT. Taking the PSAT 10 and the PSAT (11th grade) are the best ways to prepare for the SAT.

The PSAT 10 is administered only once a year. This year it will be Tuesday, April 9th.

PSAT-10 registration is open to 10th graders only.  Registration starts February1st to March 26th.  The test cost is $18, must be paid by check or money order.  The payment is due by march 26th,  payable to NYCSD. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED
