During our Time Trials our returning swimmers posted 50 Career Best Times and our new swimmers recorded an additional 40 Career First Swims!Today, against the Blue Knights, we posted another 32 Career Best Times (some of them were improvements, already, on yesterday's Time Trial swims) and 11 Career First Swims! We also completed our first PIAA officiated meet today without ANY individual or relay disqualifications! Well done! Equally as important, you exhibited a positive, supportive, enthusiastic energy today that was infectious and inspiring. Keep that up!!!We're off to a fast start, which bodes well for the season. However, our work has just begun. We need to continue to focus, every day, on practicing with a purpose. That purpose is to do those things - big and small - that enable us to become the very best diver or swimmer we can be!
