• Over the course of three and a half hours and twenty-four events, together...
    * We recorded 59 Career Best Times!
    * We successfully completed 26 Career First Swims!
    * While both our Girls and Boys Teams lost to a fast and deep CV team, we both prevailed against our Colonial Division opponent, East Penn!
    * Both teams are 1-1 Overall and 1-0 in the Colonial Division!

    It was an exciting evening, with some truly remarkable performances by both new and very experienced athletes.  Now I can officially say that our season is off to a great start!  Well done Polar Bears!
     
    I want you to pause for a moment and try to appreciate the fact that what was achieved yesterday was the result of some long, hard hours in the pool, on deck, at the rowers and in the weight room.  It was also made possible by eating healthy, nutritious food, getting as much rest as possible, hydrating constantly and being academically eligible.
