• Team....yesterday against two outstanding AAA Palmyra teams, we posted yet another 32 Career Best Times and had 3 Career First Swims!  Unfortunately, the Cougars prevailed 96-84 in the non-division girls meet and 115.5-60.5 in the non-division boys meet.

     
    We have another opportunity today in an important Colonial Division contest against the Rockets of James Buchanan.
