Today was, indeed, a good day to be a Polar Bear! The Girls Team prevailed against the visiting Colts of Cedar Cliff by a final score of 112-67 and the Boys Team also won 95-73! The girls are now 3-4 overall and 2-0 in the Colonial Division. The boys are also 3-4 overall and 1-1 in the division.
Our final team results were made possible by some outstanding performances:

* 6 Season Best Times!
* 1 In-Season Best Time!
* 3 Career First Times!
Our next test will be an important Colonial Division meet at Shippensburg next Tuesday, starting at 4:30 PM. It will provide a critical opportunity for us to move closer to our Team Goals for the season.
We can't change our past, but we can learn and grow from it and use it as motivation and inspiration to impact our future. I ask that you each rededicate yourself to training with focus, courage and determination. Don't take the easy way out. Do what is asked of you. In order to achieve the future you're imagining, you must push yourself hard, beyond your comfort zone...each and every day. There are no short cuts to excellence.
