The Boys won their second meet out of their last three by a commanding 127-39 score!  This was made possible by our large roster and 24 Career Best Times/Scores, 2 In-Season Best Times and 2 Season Best Times.  The win brings our Boys Team records to 2-4 Overall and 2-2 in the Colonial Division.  Well done!

Our Girls Team accumulated another 20 Career Best Times/Scores, 1 In-Season Best Time, 4 Season Best Times and 3 Career First Times on their way to a convincing 121-53 victory.  The Girls Team now stands at 5-1 Overall and remains undefeated in the Colonial Division with a 4-0 record!  Only Shippensburg (away on Jan. 26th) and TrinityCampHill (Home on February 2nd) stand between us and our goal of recapturing the Colonial Division Championship.

It's very clear to me that the sacrifices (investments) you're making every day in terms of your time, energy (physical and mental), diet, etc. are yielding outstanding results/returns.

We're very well positioned for a strong finish to our season IF we rededicate ourselves to becoming the best we can be by pushing ourselves beyond our known limits - well outside of our comfort zones - each and every day.  It will not be easy.  Nothing worth achieving is easy.  Together, WE can do this!
